Position Summary:
The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for implementing a cohesive eCommerce strategy, including all day-to-day operations of the website. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with marketing, sales, customer service, and IT teams to manage content, maintain appropriate inventory levels, enhance overall user experience and maintain and develop an on-brand user experience.
Major Responsibilities:
Handle the day-to-day operations of the B2C and B2B websites, including creating and updating product listings, helping to deploy site enhancements and performing testing
Maintain part number and description consistency across our B2B, B2C, and ERP
Analyze B2C sales data on a monthly and quarterly basis to review merchandising performance and inventory availability.
Identify and recommend product selection and merchandising opportunities that support brand goals
Report on B2B and B2C site analytics including behavior reports and goal conversions
Collaborate with outside branding agencies and other vendors to develop new soft goods collections and accessories
Create and maintain training documentation for all relevant platforms (Shopify, Ship Station, etc…)
Assist in the timely execution of online content setup activities, including all marketing and promotional content, product copy, and imagery
Support in execution of merchandising strategies, including product categorization, social campaigns, promotions, product page optimization, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies
Create and maintain UPC codes, maintain product sheets for Lightspeed, Ascend, and Smartetailing
Manage end-to-end customer experience, including questions, returns, etc… while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
Help with special events, such as dealer appreciation events and festivals
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple projects and work well in a fast-paced, detailed, and deadline-oriented environment
Pro-active, self-starter with an ability to identify issues and areas of opportunity
Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders to continually drive the best customer experience possible while meeting business objectives
Excellent organization and follow-through
In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices (prior experience with Shopify, Magento, and Klaviyo a plus)
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other website reporting tools
Fluency in bicycle terminology, technology, and use
Positive, friendly attitude and a good teammate
Physical Endurance:
Able to use a computer terminal, and answer a high volume of calls 8 hours per day. Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted

Benefits:
$26-$36 an hour, depending on experience

Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Engineer
Department: Engineering
Reports to: Plant Manager
Location: Watsonville, CA
Status: Exempt
*Please note that hiring for this position will not begin until January 2024 at the earliest.*
Position Summary: As an Associate Manufacturing Engineer you will support frame production at our manufacturing facility in Watsonville, CA. You will be responsible for designing tools, fixtures, and processes to aid in manufacturing. You will help develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with our operations, manufacturing, engineering, and quality departments.
Major Responsibilities:
Creating process control documentation
Designing and sourcing or fabricating tools and fixtures
Lay up pattern development
Data collection, analysis, and reporting (production and development)
Maintenance of machines, equipment, and facility
Assist with development testing and documentation
Required:
Demonstrated experience working on mechanical equipment (bikes, motorcycles, cars, boats, machines, etc.)
Ability to design 3D parts in CAD software
Experience operating a lathe, mill, or CNC (or welding experience)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired:
Experience with lamination (composites, surfboard repair, etc.)
Exposure to 3D printing
Painting experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
