Ibis Ripmo 3 Action Outdoor 11

Click & Shred

Buy bikes directly from Ibis Cycles and have them
shipped to your local dealer.

You can now buy bikes directly from Ibis Cycles and have them shipped to your local dealer for complimentary assembly and setup. Our new Click & Shred tool also lets you see what inventory is available at your dealer.

If you are outside the United States, visit our Dealer Locator to find a local dealer or distributor.

We’re big believers in our dealer network. Every bike we sell goes through a dealer, which ensures it’s perfectly assembled. You’ll also receive top-notch aftercare and support long after your first ride.

But it doesn’t stop there. Dealers can fine-tune your bike’s suspension, adjust the cockpit, and customize other details to perfectly match your riding style, giving you the best possible riding experience from day one.

How It Works:

  • Visit the product page and select your dream bike.

  • At checkout, you’ll have the option to ship your bike to your local dealer for complimentary assembly — or check if they have it in stock.

  • Depending on your location, you may also have the option to ship the bike directly to your home via one of our authorized retailers.

  • Once your order is submitted, we’ll confirm inventory and begin processing.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • If your bike ships to a dealer, you’ll receive an email when the bike is assembled and ready for pickup.

Pickup Requirements:

  • A valid government issued photo ID

  • Your verification code, which is located in your confirmation email

Our Click and Shred program gives you access to both our inventory of ready-to-ship bikes and the inventory available at your local dealers. Bikes from our inventory ship directly from our warehouse in sunny (but sometimes foggy) Santa Cruz, CA. If you purchase from dealer inventory, the bike is located at the dealer’s location, wherever they may be.

If your bike is purchased from our Santa Cruz warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipping times vary by region, typically taking 3-5 business days for the bike to arrive at your local dealer. Once it arrives, assembly may take up to 5 additional business days. Your dealer will contact you as soon as your bike is ready for pickup.

Please note, we are closed for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day (aka our mandatory eat too much and try to ride it off holiday).

Yes, sales tax is applicable. Shipping on frames and complete bikes is free to your local dealer. If home delivery is offered by your dealer, shipping charges are subject to their policy and will be clearly outlined at checkout.

Our warranty policy is simple - If it's our fault, we’ll fix it. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all rims, wheels, and frames purchased on or after January 1, 2023.

You can read the fine print here. To activate your lifetime warranty, please follow this link.

If your order is still processing, we may be able to cancel it. Simply reply to your confirmation email to communicate directly with your dealer. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at askchuck@ibiscycles.com to check the status. If the order has already shipped or is complete, it’s unfortunately too late to cancel.

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 2 days to process and hand-off to a shipping partner. When your bike leaves Ibis, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Since your purchase is completed through the dealer, any returns are subject to the dealer’s standard return policies and are at their discretion. Ibis does not accept returns of complete bicycles or frames directly from consumers, as the transaction was not made through us.
