Generally, go around and try to help things run smoothly while simultaneously messing everything up by pushing for new stuff.

I was a Navy Nuke (Machinist Mate).Won a talent show competing with Jefferson Airplane when I was 5 years old, playing piano.I have a full size tractor with which I run into things which I then have to repair.
On my nightstand?
Earbuds, a book about the guitarist Django Reinhardt, another about neurology, and one my Sister wrote about 15th century European and Middle East politics and religion.

Aerobic exercise.
