Update! We are now able to ship with a small, well-distanced team. We have reopened our webstore for small part orders and you purchase bikes, wheels, spare parts, and other components through our retail partners.
We’ve shut down our demo tour and factory demo program.
Most counties have declared bike shops to be essential business and many remain open at this time. Some of our dealers have begun offering curbside drop-offs or local deliveries. You can also visit some shops by appointment. We recommend calling or emailing your shop to coordinate, as there may be local restrictions in place. You can use our dealer locator (link here) to find your nearest store.
If you need us, please leave a message on our regular office line (866−424−7635), shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or drop us a message on social media. All employees who can work remotely, have been doing so since Monday, March 16th.
We have also worked closely with our local city government to keep our production and shipping open. We currently have a small group of volunteers working in staggered shifts to keep orders flowing. They are taking all available precautions, including maintaining a minimum 6′ ft distance and wearing masks and gloves.
We’ve also added sanitation supplies to every workstation, ramped up our cleaning schedule, and introduced a mandatory hand wash station at the entrance of the building. Due to the production challenges, there may be a delay in shipping and we thank you in advance for your patience.
While we’ve hit the pause button on our after-work group rides and getting sendy, we look forward to riding bikes and interacting with all of you in the future. In the meantime, we ask that each of you does their part by maintaining your social distance on the trails and riding within your limits. We’ve posted a blog post with trail etiquette recommendations here.
We offer our deepest sympathy to anyone affected. As the situation develops, we will continue to update everyone. In the meantime, we ask you to wash your hands, avoid touching your face, and remember to Ride More, Work Less.
