The Ibis Industry Purchase Program (IIPP) is open to persons directly employed in the bicycle and outdoor industries.
If you are an employee of a shop that stocks Ibis bicycles, you might be eligible for an employee purchase and further discounts. Please visit our employee purchase page here www.ibisb2b.com/customer-service.
For persons not employed in bicycle industry companies, we ask that you purchase your Ibis directly through an Ibis retailer. A list can be found here: www.ibiscycles.com/buytry/find_a_dealer/
Participation in the IIPP is restricted to employees of the bicycle industry working at least 20 hours per week. Orders will be shipped to the shop address.
All IIPP orders must be paid for at the time of shipment with a valid Visa or MasterCard in the name of the person placing the order, or with the shop credit card if approved by owner/manager.
Participation privileges are granted at the sole discretion of Ibis Cycles, and may be revoked at any time.
Bikes and frames purchased through the IIPP must be kept for a minimum of 6 months. Reselling of IIPP bikes in less than 6 months may result in cancellation of IIPP privileges for the individual and/or the shop.
Ibis reserves the right to fill IIPP orders using frames with minor cosmetic blemishes.
Once you hit the submit request button, we will get back to you via phone or email usually within one business day and let you know if you qualify and if so, what your pricing will be. We'll also get you an estimated delivery window. We handle all orders on a first in, first out basis.
