About the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship

• Maintains and Builds singletrack for all of us, including the trails around Downieville
• SBTS employs as many as 15 full time trail employees
• They are small and dedicated and passionate
• SBTS volunteers have GIVEN 30,000 hours to local trail projects
• Past raffle proceeds have been leveraged with matching funds grants
• They are planning a stage race called the Sierra Crown, this fall
• The trails they maintain are used by over 200,000 people a year
• Donations are multiplied by over 1500% through labor and other contributions
